This year, they set their sights on something entirely new: a sun-kissed destination outside of Norway for the first time, providing an ideal blend of focus, fun, and relaxation.
Chalkida, a scenic town on the island of Evia just an hour's drive from Athens, was an ideal choice. They were welcomed with warm weather and sunny beaches, offering an irresistible contrast to the Scandinavian autumn. The chosen hotel was secluded, offering a peaceful setting with ample meeting spaces and relaxation spots, perfect for both brainstorming sessions and beachside breaks.

Removed from the city center rush, the hotel setup completed with a sunny beach and ample workspace, created an open-air office feel, combining productivity with an idyllic backdrop. For the early risers, morning began with outdoor yoga, welcoming the day at the break of the dawn. It was a unique experience to stretch and unwind while watching the scenery slowly shift with the sunrise.
Although the hotel was secluded, Chalkida’s city center was just a 20-minute bus ride away. This gave the team a chance to experience local life. They enjoyed a beachside dinner on an incredible terrace, indulging in fresh seafood and a view that matched.

One of the most popular activities was the food tour, an essential part of any visit to Athens we would add. This guided tour took the team through hidden gems and introduced them to flavors unique to the city and Greece itself.
After everyone enjoyed some personal downtime—whether it was visiting the Acropolis, sipping wine, having coffee, or doing a bit of shopping—the team gathered on a rooftop with breathtaking views of the Acropolis at sunset, the perfect close to a memorable day.
