My name is Aniko, I was born and raised in Budapest. After spending some time travelling around the world and making connection with foreigners who visited my city, I started to observe it from a different angle and realized that many aspects that seemed obvious to me were really something special to someone who experienced it for the first time.
It’s a city of a vibrant cultutral life, beautiful architecture and a landscape dominated by the Danube, with a unique cuisine that might surprise you as it has more to offer than paprika and palinka and finally, with many options for relaxing and reflecting from hikes, bikerides or the famous baths to the ecstatic night life in ruin pubs and clubs where you’ll surely be offered your first Hungarian lesson, how to pronounce Egészségedre! (meaning Cheers!) that is.
